Yes, you can pre-order with us. Please refer to purchase policy page for pre-ordering details.

Qn: Is there any discounts?
We regularly have promotions and discounts. Visit us frequently to get the best offers!

Qn: How long does the delivery takes?
For purchase order, the delivery will be made immediately after payment and the goods will arrived in 3-5 working days.
For pre-order, the delivery is estimated to be 8-12 working days.

Qn: How is the delivery done?
The delivery is done through singpost. You can choose normal mail or registered mail (which guarantees your receipt of the goods).

Qn: What is the shipping cost?

Qn: How often do you update your collection?
We update our fashion collection weekly or biweekly.

Qn: Can I get a refund if I change my mind about the purchase?
We do not provide refund but you can exchange for other products if you change your mind about a product. Conditions apply. Please refer to our purchase policy page.

Purchase Policy

How to Purchase in-stock items:

You can purchase our products in 4 simple steps.

1. Send us an email at sales@sabeeboutique.com consisting the purchase information using the email template provided.
2. As stock levels changes quickly, a stock availability check will be carried out. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email stating the total amount chargeable.
3. Proceed with the payment using any one of the payment modes within 24 hours after the confirmation email. All orders without payment after 24 hours will be void.
4. Once we receive your payment, your products will be sent and you will receive them in around 3 days. Any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances faced by the delivery company (singpost) is deeply regretted.

How to Pre-Order items:

If you wish to do pre-order, please read the following.

1. Send us an email containing the pre-order information using the email template provided above.
2. After verifying the pre-order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Proceed with the payment using any one of the payment modes within 24 hours after the confirmation email. All orders without payment after 24 hours will be void.
4. Your products will be sent to you once we receive the stock. As restocking is needed, it might take more than 8 working days before you receive the products. Any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances faced by the delivery company is deeply regretted.

Exchange Policy

An exchange can be made only if:

• The delivered product's name, colour or size is different from stated purchase email.
• The delivered product is defective and unworn with the original item tag. This exchange must be carried out within 7 days after the product has been sent out from our side. Drop us an email and send the item back to us. Once verified, we will send you a new piece.
• The customer decides to change her purchase to another product and sends us an exchange notification email before the confirmation email has been sent out. This exchange can only be processed once per transaction.

Payment Modes

After receiving your confirmation email, please make payment within 24 hours using the following options.
Payment can be made through bank transfer or internet banking.

Postage Rate

Delivery is currently done within Singapore only.

The normal postage rate is S$1 or S$1.50 per product depending on the product weight. An additional S$2.50 is chargeable for registered postage. You are advised to choose registered postage as it ensures that your delivery will be sent to your door step. We will not be liable for lost mails.

The delivery cost will be calculated and displayed in the confirmation email.

To become a Sabee member, simply purchase up to $60 excluding delivery cost in 1 purchase or 1 month.
